Process chain failed due to CX_RSBK_REQUEST_LOCKED Logged(RSBK228)

Root cause of Analysis
* Find whether the two different DTP are loading one data target at a time

Resolutions

Select the failed DTP  Right click Select Administration select the red failed error request (analyze whether the DTP load is Full or Delta). Delete the failed request (both DTP request) and execute one by one. And ensure the second DTP should only be executed once first DTP is loaded
